EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are experiencing any issues with your delivery and shipping, please contact us via email at contact@arlolondon.com or using our contact form. 

Returns received within 14 days of items being dispatched are liable for a full refund or exchange.

Exchanges are only accepted for items that are requiring a size change or colour change for the same style only. Exchanges are accepted for returns received within 14 days of items being dispatched.

Items must be returned unworn and in perfect, original condition. If the product is returned in a condition which is not as originally sent, the product will be returned back to the customer. 

Item return charges are of the responsibility of the customer, and it is advised that they are sent with recorded delivery and the correct insurance cover, as ARLO are not liable for any missing parcels that are being returned.

Item return charges are only liable of ARLO for any items that are sent incorrectly or damaged through fault of ARLO. All items are checked thoroughly prior to sending to ensure quality of the garment is the highest possible. 

For exchanges, the return of the product is of the responsibility of the customer in line with our policy above, but the redelivery cost of the item is free. 

We are unable to refund the original postage costs for returns, but for exchanges we will not charge you again for redelivery.

We aim to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 days from ARLO receiving the goods. 

Please note that our normal working hours are 9am to 6pm GMT, Monday to Friday.

Sale Items: 

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds on sale items. We only offer and exchange service to the same value or higher than the original order.

You are only liable for a refund on sale items when the item is not as described, or if the item damaged at the fault of ARLO.
